PLEN-7460: In the purchase preparation process, it was possible to initiate and complete a purchase for a single product using the
plenigoProductId "NON_PLENIGO". This occured without specifying a plenigoOfferId and without requiring a uniqueId for the access right. This has been fixed. So now a uniqueId is required for the access right when completing a purchase using the plenigoProductId "NON_PLENIGO".
