In the Merchant Backend in the Contracting Company you can create as many Merchant Backend users as you would like. They can have different access rights. The access rights are defined in user groups to which users are assigned.
Example:
To be able to create users, user groups must first be created.
In this example, the user groups are Support, Development and Administrator. These groups each have special access rights to the menu items in the Merchant Backend.
We have two users (1 and 2) who are assigned to the support user group. They only have access to Customers, Invoices, Orders and Subscriptions.
User 3 is a developer and is assigned to the development group. User 3 can access Callback-Logs, API Access Tokens and Settings.
User 4 is another administrator who gets all access rights to the Merchant Backend. User 4 also has access to the contracting company.
With user groups, access rights only have to be defined once for a specific group and not individually for each user.
