1. Preliminary Remarks

In the tab "Payment Methods" you have an overview of all payment types associated with the customer. The only payment method that can be added for the customer via the plenigo backend is the bank account. Further payment types are managed by the customer personally via the self service.

Via the menu item "Customers" it is possible to get to the customer overview of the specific customer. The customer account is opened with a click on the "Customer No." or the "Email".

Various overviews are available here. One of them is the "Payment Methods" tab.

2. Tab "Payment Methods"

The overview in the tab "Payment Methods" shows the deposited payment methods.
Possible actions in this tab are to add a bank account to the end customer (1) or to delete a payment method (2). However, credit cards or Paypal accounts and other payment methods are to be created by the customer in the Self Service.

3. Adding a Bank Account

A bank account can be created by clicking on "Add a Bank Account" in the menu ribbon. In the form, information about the account holder (1) and the IBAN (2) should be entered. Optionally, the fields Mandate date, Mandate reference and BIC can be filled in. Click on "Save" (3) to create the bank account.

The created bank account will then be displayed in the overview of payment methods.
