1. Preliminary Remarks
The Access Rights tab provides an overview of all access rights that are customer has or had. Please note that each individual access right is listed here. Meaning, if the customer has an offer with two steps and two products the customer has four access rights. The reason being that during the offer creation, each product in each step required an access right.
2. The Access Rights Tab
The overview in the Access Rights tab displays all access rights that a customer has or had.
- Click on the arrow to extend further information.
Product-ID: This ID can deviate from the plenigo Product ID and can also be freely assigned depending on the data origin. For example, after a migration, the original ID of the product is shown here.If data is imported directly into the Checkout via the API (e.g. via a third-party system with a skeleton product), the ID of the third-party system is displayed here.
plenigo Product-ID: This ID is generated by plenigo during the product creation and does not change anymore.
Step ID: In case of offers with several steps, the ID of the corresponding offer step is displayed here. - If an access right has been added manually, it can be edited or deleted.
- Access rights of single products and time passes can be manually blocked here.
To block an access right at a subscription, this can be done in the detail view of the subscription.
