Connect Gift Voucher Template to a Voucher Offer

1. Preliminary remarks

For using voucher offers it is necessary to create a gift voucher template.
Once it has been created, the template contains a pdf file, which serves as a haptic voucher document and is sent to the purchaser of the voucher.

A gift voucher template contains:

PDF file with voucher design
print position of offer title, including font size and color
print position of voucher code, including font size and color
print position of validity period, inlcuding font size and color

This information is called variables for the template.

In the course of a voucher purchase, the system generates a 12-digit voucher code, which is automatically printed on the stored PDF file. The position of the printout for the voucher code, as well as the offer title and validity period, is determined in the template for the gift voucher using X and Y coordinates with millimeter precision.

A created gift voucher template can then be connected to a voucher offer.
Different templates, for example for certain sales campaigns (Easter, Christmas, etc.), can be created and saved.

2. Add Gift Voucher Template

Click on + Add Voucher Template.
Enter Internal Title*.
Select language.
The gift voucher template can be created in any language.
Upload gift voucher template*
Upload a PDF to later position offer title, voucher code and validity period.
Position and format of the variables in the chosen language
The texts can be positioned on the PDF by using X and Y coordinates.
Furthermore, the font size and color can be set.

After saving the template, the preview of the voucher PDF can be generated.

3. Connect Gift Voucher Template to a Voucher Offer

The gift voucher template is required for creating a voucher offer and must be created beforehand.
