Specifying a Different Billing Address

In the customer data two e-mail addresses may exist. 
  • Standard E-Mail Address
    is used for login and the entire system communication
  • Additional E-Mail Address for Invoice Dispatch
    is only used for sending invoices
In the Merchant Backend, an additional e-mail address can be specified for invoice dispatch in the customer account. 

During the checkout process, the buyer can also enter an additional e-mail address for invoice dispatch.
To do this, a billing address must be entered in the Checkout and the billing address must be activated as a company address using the checkbox.
A field for entering the additional e-mail address is then displayed in the checkout.
