1. Preliminary Notes
With plenigo Self Service you can offer your customers a seamless self-service portal. Through this portal, your customers can view, edit and cancel subscriptions. Invoices can be downloaded and payment methods as well as invoice and delivery addresses can be managed.
The plenigo Self Service is modularly divided into individual areas. This allows you to set up the portal individually. You can either integrate all areas of the portal or only selected individual areas on your website. In addition, the layout and the color design can be customized.
2. Areas of the plenigo Self Service
The modular areas are:
- Overview: Provides a compact overview of all data of the customer. The overview shows only the contents of the included individual areas in each case
- Personal Data: Through this area the customer can maintain his e-mail address and password
- Address: The customer can manage his billing and shipping addresses here
- Payment: Clear means of payment management, which enables the customer to control the means of payment he uses
- Subscriptions: Extensive administration area of all purchased products including links to the areas payment and address
- Invoices: List of all invoices including download function for invoices in PDF format
