1. Preliminary remarks

Once the customer has purchased a multi-user offer via the checkout, the User-Administration snippet appears in the Self Service.
More users can be added or deleted, invitation codes can be generated and sent by e-mail.

2. User Administration

Add new user
  • Fill in the fields First Name, Last Name and E-Mail.
  • Click on Create.
Manage users
The e-mail containing the invitation codes are not automatically sent.
  • In the Activity column, click on the letter symbol to send the e-mail to the respective e-mail address.
As soon as a user has been added, the active and remaining user accesses are displayed at the top of the overview. A CSV file with all invitation codes can be downloaded.
Users can be deleted at any time via the Activity column. The user thus loses access to the offer.
