1. Preliminary remarks
A voucher redemption offer refers to the offer that is provided as a service to the recipient or redeemer of the voucher code with a gift voucher. A voucher redemption offer is always linked to a voucher offer through which the voucher redemption is sold.
2. Which offers can be used for voucher redemption?
For the creation of voucher offers time based and issue based subscriptions can be used.
Single products, credit based offers and add-ons cannot be used in a voucher offer.
The following additional conditions apply:
Time based subscriptions
- single step subscriptions
- runtime with fixed period
- Subscription period and accounting period must have the same value.
- The price sheet used must have a price greater than 0.
Issue based subscriptions
- single step subscriptions
- deactivated option Repeat period until cancellation
- In the product contract, the Quantity of Issues per Billing Period must be the same as the option Thereof Chargeable Issues.
- The price sheet used must have a price greater than 0.
