1. Preliminary Remarks
General information about bonuses
- Only one bonus can be assigned to each offer.
If required, the assignment can also be changed. A bonus can also be removed from an offer. - Both digital and analog bonuses can be realized.
- Bonuses are issued as a separate item on invoices and order confirmations and can be viewed in the customer account.
- Bonuses can be offered without or with extra payment.
- It is possible to provide a list of bonuses via the API. Larger quantities of bonuses and bonus offer combinations can be processed in the system.
2. Create a Bonus
Bonuses can be created either in the Offers or in the Bonuses menu item.
After saving, the created bonuses are listed only in the Bonuses menu item and can also only be managed there.
- Click on +Create a New Bonus.
- Enter an Internal Title*.
- Optionally, enter an Internal Description.
- Enter a Title*.
This title is displayed to the customer in the checkout. - Add Legal advice* and optionally Description.
These texts are displayed to the customer in the checkout. - Select Tax Type*.
- Add Access right*.
If the bonus is an analog product, select a "dummy" access right. - Select Price Sheet*.
If the bonus should be free-of-charge, select a price sheet with €0.00. - Optionally, add Cost center.
- Select Delivery condition*.
- After receipt of payment
- Immediately
- Select Recipient of bonus* and optionally, select delivery address and/or invoice address as mandatory.
The address query does not depend on the linked offer.
Example: If a bonus with mandatory delivery address is linked to an offer without mandatory delivery address, the delivery address is queried in the checkout.
