1. Preliminary Remarks

For each e-mail that is triggered by a customer's action, log entries are generated. These log entries can be useful to answer customers' questions regarding the dispatch of e-mails.

2. Mail Log 

You will find the following information in the overview: Customer ID, Date, Template Type, Recipient and Subject. If e-mails were sent successfully, the green yes is displayed. If e-mails were not successfully sent due to technical reasons, they are marked with a red no. In the Sending Failed tab, they are listed separately.
