1. Preliminary Remarks

The e-mail dispatch via your own e-mail domain enables a professional and personalized communication by e-mail. By using you own domain, such as "yourcompany.com" the e-mail address is customizable strengthening trust and seriousness toward the recipients.

2. Set Up Dispatch via Your Own E-Mail Domain

The mail domain can be set up in the following menu items:
  • in the contracting company: Settings > Mail Settings
  • in the client: Settings >  Miscellaneous > Mail Settings
The procedure is the same in both interfaces.

  • In the field Selection of the dispatch route, select the option Sending via domain delegation.
  • In the field Sender E-mail address, enter the e-mail address you want to use.
  • In the field E-Mail Domain, enter a domain. The sender e-mail address entered in the field above must be part of the domain.
By having selected Sending via domain delegation, a new tab has been created, called Mail Delegation. The required data for
  • SPF entries
  • DKIM information
are displayed here. 

This data must be transferred to the DNS settings of the e-mail domain configuration. If the transfer was successful, a green checkmark is displayed for E-mail domain checked. You can check if all settings have been made correctly, for example here https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/

Once all settings have been made correctly and checked, the mail delegation is approved. Once it was successful, a green checkmark is displayed for e-mail domain approved.

Note: E-mails that are sent in the time between changing the mail delegation and approving the e-mail domain have the ending "onplenigo.com". To prevent this or to minimize issues regarding mail dispatch, make sure to carry out the steps described above promptly.


Finally, check if the support e-mail address has to be updated. The e-mail address can be changed in the menu item Settings > Company Data.
