1. Preliminary Remarks

In the Payment tab, various payment variants can be created and managed that can be activated or deactivated as required.

   Fields, such as Additional Information, Opt-In and Payment Methods, are displayed to the customer in the Checkout.

2. Adding Payment Variants

• In the action bar, click on +Add Payment Variant. The editing mode opens.
• Determine Internal Title*. This title is only for internal allocation and is not displayed to the customer.
• Tick the checkbox Active to activate this payment variant. Only one variant at a time can be active.
• Optionally, a period of activation can be specified.
  
• Additional Information:
  
• Use the drop-down to select a language.
• Click on + to add another language.
• Click on Set as default language to change the default language.
• In the text field, enter additional information.
      This text is displayed to the customer on the right hand side below the legal advice.

• Activate/deactivate checkboxes:
  
  • Get opt-in also during checkout: If activated, the opt-in text is displayed on the left hand side below the terms and conditions.
    

    Note: The opt-in text must be stored beforehand >> Opt-In

  • Always request billing address
  • Always request delivery address
• Payment types displayed in checkout:
  
  • On the right hand side, all payment methods that have been configured beforehand in Payment Transactions are displayed.
  • Drag the payment methods from left to right. Only then they are activated.
  • The order of the payment methods is also the order displayed in the checkout and can be adjusted, if desired.

1. In the list, select the payment variant to be edited.
2. Click on Edit in column Commands.
3. The editing mode opens.
