1. Preliminary Remarks
Settings relating to the plenigo single sign-on process for customers can be made in the merchant backend under SSO.
The SSO is automatically active and does not need to be activated separately.
2. Settings
- Click on Edit. The editing mode opens.

Token type*: It can be set how the token for confirming the registration/resetting the password is sent to the user.
- Select E-Mail or SMS using the drop-down menu.
Note: In order to be able to use SMS, a SMS provider must be set in the contracting company beforehand. |
- Allowed domain (optional): Enter a domain to which the customers can log in.
- Number of parallel log ins per customer (optional)
Note: If the field is left empty, the value 1 is automatically set.
- Get first name, last name during registration*: Select one option using the drop-down menu.
- Activate/deactivate checkboxes:
- Force a username after login or registration
- Query terms and conditions again: Terms and conditions are displayed to the user again after each change when logging in.
- Request Opt-In during registration
3. Account Connection
You can import subscriptions of users without any e-mail address into plenigo. To enable these users to login into plenigo SSO, these users have to connect their accounts with an e-mail address. Connection process needs either customer Id or subscription identifier to login. To secure this process, additional information such as street or zip code should be requested.
Mandatory query:
- Customer ID or
- subsrciption identifier
- Activate/deactivate checkbox:
- Enable account connect: Enables or disables this feature.

Query the following fields: By activating/deactivating the checkboxes, it can be set which additional information should be requested from the customer.
- Customer ID
- Subscription identifier
- ZIP code
- Street
- House number
- City
