1. Preliminary remarks
In the tab Pause Subscriptions, it can be set if and for how long a subscription (Self Service and Merchant Backend) can be paused.

- A pause/delivery break can be ended prematurely.
- Subscriptions with a fixed term are not extended by the period of the subscription pause/delivery break.

2. Pause Subscriptions
- Activate/deactivate slider Pause Subscriptions: Allows the customer to pause current subscriptions in the Self Service. The accounting period and subscription interval must be identical.
- Maximum pause that can be set in self service: The maximum length of a pause can be set individually.
- Maximum pause that can be set in plenigo backend: The maximum length of a pause can be set individually.
- Activate/deactivate slider Delivery breaks for print subscriptions: Allows the customer to interrupt delivery for current subscriptions.
The option for Pause Subscription is displayed in the Self Service as follows:
