In the plenigo Merchant Backend there are three levels regarding offers:
1. Products
2. Offers
3. Shopping Carts
An offer contains at least one product, a shopping cart contains at least one offer. A product itself cannot be sold.
A product is not created separately from the offer, such as a price sheet, but is created during the offer creation. Meaning, during offer creation, several products can be created, such as a digital product and a print product. For the reason that an offer can contain several products, this conceptual differntiation is made.
A shopping cart can contain several offers. In the checkout, the customer can decide which offers he wants to buy and can delete those they don't want - depending on the settings made in the Merchant Backend. Within a shopping cart, there must be at least one offer that is mandatory to buy.
