1. Preliminary Remarks
You can use issue-based subscriptions to sell offers with one or several price steps and/or issues.
For creating subscriptions, product contracts are required. They can be created either before or during the offer creation.
Note: For the creation of a product contract during the offer creation a price sheet is required, which must be created beforehand. |
Neither several products nor bundles nor multi-user offers can be implemented with this offer type.
2. Create an Issue Based Subscription
The form for creating an issue based subscription is separated into 3 tabs.
- Base data
- Product
- Summary
Base data Tab
- Enter Internal Title* for the offer.
- Optionally, sort into a folder structure.
- Select the number of steps the offer shall have.
If you want to create an offer with a free trial period and a paid period, for example, you can define two steps. -
Offer* is the official offer title.
This title is displayed to the customer. - Enter Legal Advice* and optionally, add Additional title description, Description and Summary.
These texts are displayed to the customer in the checkout, on the invoice and on the order confirmation.
- Optionally, select a misuse rule.
- Optionally, determine the External Management.
Product Tab
- Enter Internal Title.
- Select a Delivery List*.
- Add Access Right*.
- Information about Accounting and Taxes
- Optionally, add Ledger.
- Optionally, add Cost center.
- Add Tax Type*.
Provide the following information for each step:
- Enter a Product title for this step.
This title is displayed on the invoice. - Optionally, add Legal Advice and Description.
- Select an Issue Based Contract Structure*.
Summary Tab
All offer details, the product and steps, are broken down in the list to be able to double-check the parameters and to edit them, if necessary.
