    1. Preliminary Remarks

    WBZ dealers are managed as customers in the plenigo system. However, the account for a WBZ dealer differs from a regular customer account.
    In addition to the regular customer number WBZ dealer accounts are assigned individual identification marks:
    • dealer number
    • dealer group

    An account can be created either in the Merchant Backend or via API.

    2. Creating WBZ Dealer Accounts - Merchant Backend

    • Click on + Create WBZ Dealer.
    • Mandatory fields:
      • email address
      • language
      • dealer group
      • dealer number
    • All other fields are optional.
