Structure of the Backend

The Merchant Backend is basically separated into 3 areas.
  1. The navigation bar 
  2. The global search bar and the support button
  3. The information area

1. In the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the interface the Merchant Backend user can manage their profile, the client can be switched if several are available and all menu items can be called from here.

2. The global search bar can be used to search for IDs, such as subscription IDs, transaction IDs and also customer numbers across menu items to quickly get what you're looking for. 
By clicking on the support button, a dialog window opens:
  • The plenigo customer support access can be activated. By enabling access the support team gets access to all data and can use them to provide the necessary support.
  • A support ticket can be created directly from the Merchant Backend.
  • Our Knowledge Base is linked in which you will find comprehensive instructions and explanations to all our features.

3. The information area is the core of the plenigo Merchant Backend. All data can be created, managed and viewed in the respective menu item.
