1. Preliminary Notes
Yes, a cancellation can be undone both via the plenigo backend and by the customer himself via the Self Service.
In the following, we would like to explain the different possibilities. It is important to note that a cancellation can only be undone if the subscription is still active. If the cancelled subscription has already expired, a cancellation can no longer be undone.
2. Undoing a Cancellation
2.1 Undoing a Cancellation for the customer in the backend
- Open the desired subscription in the plenigo backend
- If the subscription has several subscription steps, select the cancelled level in the left bar
- Click on the button "Cancellation" in the upper menu bar and select the submenu item "Undo Cancellation" to undo the cancellation of the subscription.

Before the cancellation is undone, the action must be confirmed once for safety's sake.
This is done by clicking on the "undo cancellation" button.

After successful cancellation, you will receive a visual confirmation in the form of a message (1).
The various cancellation options are now displayed again in the upper menu bar (2).
The subscription or the subscription step is now active again.

Note: a cancellation can only be undone if the subscription is in the term. If the subscription has expired, the cancellation can no longer be withdrawn.
2.2 Customer undoing the Cancellation
Your customer can reactivate a cancelled subscription using the "Withdraw Cancellation" option of the respective subscription in the "Subscriptions" tab in the Self Service.

If the customer carries out the cancellation withdrawal, this is displayed to him in Self Service.
