1. Preliminary Notes


Different statuses are used in the customer account to clearly display the status of a subscription. The representation takes place both visually and by different designations. Below you will find a list of all possible statuses of a subscription.


2. Possible status of the subscriptions 


  • blocked: The subscription is blocked. In this status customers cannot access the purchased services. This block can be lifted.
  • cancelled: The subscription has been cancelled, either at the end of the term or immediately. If the cancellation is made at the end of the term, it can be cancelled by the customer or in the backend.
  • active: The subscription is still active.
  • in the future: This status is used fpr subscription steps that have not yet startet and are in the future. 
  • expired: This status is used for subscription steps that have already expired and are in the past.
