In the Merchant Backend, either the entire customer access (product access is also blocked) or the product access for individual subscriptions/products can be blocked. Both types can be manually unblocked in the customer account.
- Open the customer account.
- Open the corresponding subscription.
- In the action bar, the access can be unblocked.
