How can I manually unblock the access?

In the Merchant Backend, either the entire customer access (product access is also blocked) or the product access for individual subscriptions/products can be blocked. Both types can be manually unblocked in the customer account. 

1. Product access blocked
  • Open the customer account.
  • Open the corresponding subscription.
  • In the action bar, the access can be unblocked.

2. Customer access blocked
  • Open the customer account.
  • In the action bar, the access can be unblocked.
