- View and download Voucher Codes
1. Preliminary Remarks
Voucher campaigns contain a defined number of voucher codes. These codes, as well as information about them, can be viewed directly via the plenigo backend. For further use of the voucher codes, they can also be downloaded collectively in a file.
2. View and Download Voucher Codes
Via the button "Details" in the voucher campaign overview, the voucher codes created for the voucher campaign can be viewed.

All codes available in the voucher promotion are displayed with further information. The views for individual voucher promotions and campaign voucher promotions differ only slightly here.
Individual voucher
The "Download" button (1) in the menu bar can be used to download a list of all codes in the voucher campaign.
In the overview of the individual vouchers, further information such as the "Status" (2) of the voucher is displayed in addition to the actual voucher code. An individual voucher is "active" if it has not yet been redeemed. In this case, the column "Order ID" is filled with the digit 0.

If a voucher code is used in an order, this is also reflected in the voucher overview. The status changes to "inactive" and the order number is displayed, creating a direct link between the order and the voucher code used.

Note: The link between the voucher code and the order can only be established for individual vouchers. |
Campaign vouchers
The overview of campaign vouchers differs from individual vouchers only in the non-existing linking of order numbers. Apart from that, all functions are identical.
The API can be used to query the number of vouchers already redeemed within a campaign voucher.
