    1. Preliminary Remarks

    Voucher campaigns contain a defined number of voucher codes. These codes can be divided into different channels.
    It may become necessary to deactivate
    • individual voucher codes
    • voucher codes of a channel
    • voucher codes of a whole voucher campaign
    Both single and multiple vouchers can be deactivated.

    2. Deactivate Voucher Codes

    • In the list view next to the desired voucher campaign, click on Detail.
    • In the action bar, click on Deactivate.
    • Use the drop-down menu to select what should be deactivated:
      • Deactivate whole campaign
      • Deactivate a single channel
      • Deactivate a single voucher by its code

    Note: Deactivating a voucher code cannot be undone.
