1. Preliminary Remarks

Log entries are created here for every email that a customer triggers through actions. These log entries can be helpful in answering queries about the sending of the email.

2. Mail Logs


The mail log is divided into two tabs: All and Sending failed. If emails have been sent successfully, the column shows a green yes. If e-mails have not been sent for technical reasons, they are marked with a red no. These are listed again separately in the Sending Failed tab.
Further information about the e-mail, such as the shipping route and blind copy to the reply address, can be expanded.
