1. Preliminary Notes
The Addresses Tabs provide an overview of all addresses belonging to the selected customer account and document the subscriptions associated with the addresses. In addition, addresses can be added or removed here.
Via the menu item "Customers" it is possible to access the customer overview of the specific customer. The customer account is opened by clicking on the "Customer No." or the "Email".

Various overviews are available here. Two of them are the tabs "Invoice Address" and "Delivery Address". Since their functionality does not differ, the following applies to both tabs, but for simplicity refers mainly to the tab "Invoice Address".

2. Icon Functions
Invoice addresses can be created, managed and more can be added via the "Invoice Address" tab. Within the address tile there are various icons in the upper right corner.
(1): The check mark in the icon indicates a preferred address. Another address can be saved as the preferred address at any time.
(2): The address data can be edited here.
(3): Stored addresses can be copied here. Thus, an invoice address can now also be saved as a delivery address and vice versa. After copying, the view automatically switches to the address copy tab, i.e. if, for example, an address is copied in the "Invoice Address" area, it automatically appears in the "Delivery Address" area and the view switches directly to the "Delivery Address" tab.
(4): An address can be deleted with this action. However, this is only possible if the address is not preferred.

3. Subscriptions linked to the Address
When you call up addresses - either invoice or delivery addresses - within the customer data, you can see at the bottom of the respective address tile for which subscription or subscriptions this address is valid. The displayed subscriptions are linked and you can switch to the respective subscription detail view with one click.
