1. Preliminary Remarks
The Orders tab lists all orders placed by the customer and displays more detailed information.

2. The Orders Tab
The overview in the Orders tab shows details of the selected customer's orders in tabular form.
- The detailed order view is opened via the Order ID or the Detail command.
- In the Commands column, in addition to opening the detail view, there is also the option to download the order confirmation.
- More information on the offer can be expanded by clicking on the arrow. If the offer contains a subscription, you can navigate directly to the subscription detail view by clicking on the link.
