1. Preliminary Remarks

All relevant functions for correct automated communication with the end customer are available in the mail settings area. It is possible to specify how e-mails should be sent to the customer in future. The settings can be made both in the contracting company and in the client. The settings in the client are identical to those in the contracting company and are simply overwritten.
The following entry provides more detailed information about the system emails and when they are triggered: Mail Settings in the Client

2. Mail Settings in the Contracting Company

In the Settings tab, the mail settings can be activated for the contracting company and accordingly for all clients.
An alternative email address to which BBC emails are to be sent can be entered in the Send BCC emails to the following address field.

In the table, you can now specify for each individual system email whether it should be sent to customers and whether it should be sent to BCC recipients. In addition, a different recipient address for BCC mail can be defined for each individual mail - this overwrites the e-mail address entered in the field above the table.

Under the table (other settings), e-mail dispatch can be restricted to a specific domain.
By default, the system mails are sent via the plenigo domain. If you wish to use your own e-mail domain, this option can be activated here. Setting up your own domain is described in more detail in the following entry: Dispatch Via Your Own E-Mail Domain

In the Manage PDF attachments tab, you can define which PDFs are to be attached to the corresponding emails for private or business customers.
