    1. Preliminary remarks

    doo is a provider for digital solutions for professional participant management. With their modular software solution, live, hybrid and virtual events can be carried out. In connection with plenigo and credit-based offers, webinar subscriptions, for example, can be created and bundle products consisting of events and publications can be sold.

    Note: This module is subject to a charge and has to be activated in the contracting company in the Merchant Backend.

    2. Activate and Configure doo

    Once the module has been activated, doo can be configured in the client in the plenigo Merchant Backend.
    • Click on Activate and Configure doo. A dialog window opens.


    • Fill in all fields accordingly. The data can always be changed subsequently.
    • After the saving process, a token is automatically generated for the connection to doo.
