1. Preliminary remarks
Here, extended settings can be made which relate to the cancelation process in the Self Service.
2. Cancelation options
- Using the slider to activate/deactivate Allow cancelation at a given date: This option allows customers to choose from later than the next possible cancelation date. In doing so, the times at the end of the following subscription intervals are always offered in order to generate cancelations that are in line with billing.
- Using the slider to activate/deactivate Exceptional cancelation request: It is possible to handle other cancelation requests from your customers via a link. In this way, you can guide customers to further steps - outside the plenigo Self Service - in the case of termination requests that cannot be handled with the existing options.
- Link to your own content: Provide a link which will navigate the customers to another landing page to guide them through a churn prevention process outside the plenigo Self Service.
