1. Preliminary Remarks

Here, extended settings can be made which relate to the cancellation process in the Self Service.

2. Cancellation Options

  • Using the slider to activate/deactivate Allow cancellation at a given date: This option allows customers to choose from later than the next possible cancellation date. In doing so, the times at the end of the following subscription intervals are always offered in order to generate cancellations that are in line with billing.
  • Using the slider to activate/deactivate Exceptional cancellation request: It is possible to handle other cancellation requests from your customers via a link.  In this way, you can guide customers to further steps - outside the plenigo Self Service - in the case of termination requests that cannot be handled with the existing options.

  • Link to your own content: Provide a link which will navigate the customers to another landing page to guide them through a churn prevention process outside the plenigo Self Service.
