1. Preliminary Remarks

After an offer has been created, further settings and details can be made in the detail view via the action bar.

  1. Archive: After archiving the offers can be viewed and reactivated in the Archived tab. When archiving an offer, there are 3 options what should happen to the offer. 
    1. Offer still sold: The offer is archived and is still displayed to customers for purchase.
    2. Offer not sold anymore: The offer cannot be purchased anymore. A text block can be used to inform the customers.
    3. Alternative Offer (Cross selling): An alternative offer can be chosen to which customers are navigated in the Checkout if they try to purchase the archived offer.
  2. Copy Offer: The offer can be copied. If the offer is copied all offer data is transferred. All fields are editable. After saving, the offer gets a new offer ID.
  3. Edit Offer: The offer can be edited. There are fields that cannot be edited. They are marked with the following symbol:  
  4. Extended Offer Data: Additional data can be edited. Tags for sales rules or reports can be assigned to the offer. A bonus that has been created beforehand can be assigned to the offer. A start time can be defined (time-based - start date / issue-based - past or future issues). An invoice template can be set for this offer. IVW rules can be assigned to all offers that are not subscriptions. For subscriptions, the IVW rules are already defined in the product contract. 
  5. Partner Settings: This can be used to control doo events with this offer. All subscribers to this offer are included in the doo participant list.
  6. Set Payment Methods: For each offer, individual payment methods can be defined that are available for payment in the Checkout.
  7. Address Settings: It can be set if an invoice/delivery address is to be mandatory and if a validation of the invoice/delivery address may be suppressed.
  8. Block Cancellation in Self Service: It can be set that customers are not allowed to cancel their subscription in the Self Service by themselves.
