    1. Preliminary remarks

    Der Mandatstext für SEPA-Lastschriftverfahren kann im Merchant Backend gepflegt werden. / The mandate text for SEPA direct debit scheme can be maintained in the merchant backend.
      The mandate text is displayed to the customer in the checkout below the customer data if he/she has selected SEPA direct debit as payment method.

    2. Mandate text

    • Click on Edit.
    • Select a language. Click on + to add further languages.
    • SEPA Mandate Text:
      If PAYONE is selected as PSP, a mandate text from PAYONE is displayed in the checkout - unless the IBAN entered by the customer is already known. In this case, this text is displayed. Thereby, if the variable {mandateId} is entered, it will be replaced by the PAYONE deposited mandate ID of the customer. With any other PSP, this text is displayed in the checkout for the SEPA payment method.
    • iDeal Mandate Text:
      Bei Zahlung per iDeal wird dieser Text angezeigt. / This text is displayed when paying via iDeal.
