1. Preliminary remarks

In Self Service, the customer has the option of managing their personal data, payment data, subscriptions, invoices and wallets (for credit-based offers).
The plenigo Self Service can be fully or partially - depending on requirements - integrated into the website.
The layout can also be customized.

2. Snippets

Overview

In Snippet Overview all information about the customer and their subscriptions/orders are displayed.

User-Administration

In Snippet User-Administration users of a multi-user offer can be managed. This snippet only appears once a multi-user offer has been purchased via the Checkout. 

Personal Data

In Snippet Personal Data customer data can be managed and two-factor-authentification can be set.


Address

In Snippet Address the customer can manage their invoice and delivery address (change, add, delete).

Payment

In Snippet Payment the customer can manage their payment methods (change, add new payment methods).

Subscriptions

In Snippet Subscriptions all purchased (active, inactive, canceled) subscriptions are displayed.
Via Manage, active subscriptions can be canceled or paused (depending on the settings in the Merchant Backend).

Invoices

In Snippet Invoices created invoices/XRechnungen for the specific offer can be downloaded.

Wallets

In Snippet Wallets the available credits and credit recharge can be viewed once a credit-based offer has been purchased.
