Base Data (1)
The following data are defined in the base data area:
- Campaign name* - This name is intended for internal information. This name will not be displayed to the customers.
- Start and end date - If no end date is specified, the voucher promotion will be valid for an unlimited period of time.
- Offer ID* - Here you can specify the offer to be referenced by the voucher promotion. It is recommended to create separate offers for voucher promotions.
- Voucher type - Selection between "Single vouchers" and "Multiple vouchers". "Single vouchers" are vouchers which can be redeemed only once at a time, e.g. personalized vouchers for individual customers. "Multiple vouchers" can be redeemed multiple times, this can be used for example for a mailing to all customers, in which a code is printed, which can be redeemed e.g. 2000 times.
Note: Voucher campaigns and therefore the included codes always refer to an offer. Voucher codes do not discount existing offers. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields.

In the Channels section, you can define the number of voucher codes (single vouchers) or the number of redemptions (multiple vouchers).
This makes it possible, for example, to divide a campaign among several social media channels in order to be able to differentiate the redemptions by customers in the evaluation of
the success of your campaign.
Channels can be added or removed via the "+" and "-" icons (1).

Tip: If multiple channels are created within a voucher campaign, the numbers are added to a total number of the voucher campaign. This total number is displayed in the overview of voucher campaigns.
