1. Preliminary Remarks
The Payout List log displays the transactions (revenues and refunds among others) for sales which have been made by or for an external client from a cross-client-connection.
Objectives of the payout list:
- insights in transactions between clients for joint sales
- insights in the status of refunds or compensation between clients
- manual update of paid status
2. Overview and Management
In the list view all important information about the orders is displayed.
The blue-colored links navigate directly to the respective detail view.

Transaction ID
The transaction ID can be used for evaluating data via the API.
API endpoints: Orders/operation/searchCrossClientTransactions and Orders/operation/getCrossClientTransactionByIdNote: The transaction ID has nothing to do with the transaction ID in the Transaction log.

Transaction Type
There are three different transaction types, which are displayed here: Return, Refund or Payment. -
Invoice ID
By clicking on the invoice ID, the respective invoice of the customer opens. -
Source
The source indicates the offer type (order or subscription). -
Source ID
If it is an order, the order detail view opens.
If it is a subscription, the subscription detail view opens. -
Payment Method
The payment method indicates the payment method the customer used. -
Paid Status und Change Paid Status
This is not the customer's paid status. This status can be viewed in the transactions.
This paid status is about the status between clients. This process can also be automated by API Orders/operation/updateCrossClientTransactionPaidStatus
