    1. Preliminary Remarks

    In the tab Pause Subscriptions, it can be set if and for how long a subscription (Self Service and Merchant Backend) can be paused.
    Important differences between subscription pause and delivery break at a glance:

    A subscription pause and a delivery break can be set in the Merchant Backend at a customer's subscription, as well. More detailed information about the differences between delivery break and subscription pause can be found in the following entry >> Subscription Pause and Delivery Break

    2. Pause Subscriptions

    The functions to pause a subscription or to set a delivery break can be activated or deactivated here.
    The maximum pause that can be set can also be defined for the subscription pause.
    • Maximum pause that can be set in self service: The maximum length of a pause can be set individually.
    • Maximum pause that can be set in plenigo backend: The maximum length of a pause can be set individually.
