1. Preliminary Remarks

To be able to use offers within a Cross-Client-Connection, they must be created in the Crossclient tab.
The following offer types are available:
  • simple time-based subscription
  • complex time-based subscription
It is assumed that the necessary configuration for the use of Cross-Client-Connections is in place.

2. Create Offer

  • Open the Crossclient tab.
  • Click on Create new to create a cross-client offer.

The form for creating the offer type opens. The creation of a cross-client offer is essentially no different from standard offers.
  •  In addition to the standard fields, the Connected Clients* must be selected.

  •   Optionally, an informational text for customers can be entered using text blocks, which will be shown in the Self Service.

After saving the offer, it is displayed in the menu item Offers in the Active tab. The client who has created the cross-client offer can edit it, like any other offer. 
The connected client can view the offer in the External offers tab. It cannot be edited here.


3. Use Offer

Once the offer has been created, the target client can sell the external offers together with its own offer using a shopping cart.
All transactions that are triggered by cross-client offers, are reported in the Payout List log.
