1. Preliminary Notes

Access rights represent the permissions that grant a customer access to the services he has purchased. The access rights control which services are activated for the customer via an offer in the plenigo backend on your website.
Access rights are a necessary component for offers within the plenigo backend.

Example:

Customers are offered exclusive articles on your website as well as access to the electronic edition
of your magazine. For this purpose, the access rights "Article" and "Issue", which can be assigned
to different offers, are created.

Thus, three offers can be flexibly created from these two access rights:
Offer 1: Access to exclusive articles on your website, through access right "Article".
Offer 2: Access to the electronic issue of your magazine, through access right "Issue".
Offer 3: Combination package of offer 1 and offer 2, through both access rights

2. Create Access Rights

Step 1:
Open the "Products" menu item and then the "Access Rights" subitem. The overview shows any access rights that have already been created. Click the "Add an Access Right" button to start the creation of a new access right.

Step 2:
To create an access right, only the fields "Title" and "Access Right (uniqeId)" are required. Optionally, a description for the access right can be created. The UniqueId may only be assigned once for an access right, since, as described, a firmly defined correction is activated for the customer on the basis of this ID.
The access right is saved via the "Save" button and the form is closed.
